Welcome to Bunter ("the Site", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this website at bunter.com (or any associated domain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

1. Eligibility

To use the Site, you must:

  • Have a valid Steam account in good standing
  • Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required to use Steam in your country, whichever is higher
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction

By logging in via Steam, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. What Bunter Is

Bunter is a platform for users to list, discover, and trade Steam game keys that they have legitimately obtained — primarily from game bundles such as those sold by Humble Bundle, Fanatical, and similar bundle storefronts.

Bunter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Valve Corporation or Steam.

3. Key Sourcing and Eligible Items

You may only list keys that:

  • You personally own and have the right to trade
  • Were legitimately obtained (e.g. purchased as part of a game bundle, gifted to you, or otherwise acquired through lawful means)
  • Have not been previously redeemed, revoked, or invalidated
  • Are not stolen, fraudulently obtained, or acquired through chargebacks or payment disputes

Listing keys that you know to be invalid, revoked, or fraudulently obtained is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.

4. Trading Rules

5. Fraud, Scams, and Dispute Policy

6. Commercial Traders

Bunter is primarily a community platform for casual traders exchanging leftover bundle keys. For-profit trading is not prohibited, but commercial traders are subject to heightened moderation standards and site governance to protect casual users.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post invalid, revoked, duplicated, or fraudulently obtained keys
  • Misrepresent the contents, condition, or value of items you are trading
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to conduct trades or resolve disputes outside of the Site's systems in order to circumvent protections
  • Create multiple accounts to evade suspension or manipulate the platform
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site outside of the authorised API
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy data from the Site by any means not expressly permitted under Section 8

8. API and Data Access

The Site may provide authorised data access through a public API and/or RSS feeds ("Feeds"). Use of the Feeds is subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must not exceed 240 per hour or 1 per second across all connections
  • Feed data may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a separate written agreement with Bunter has been made
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or republish substantial portions of data obtained from the Feeds
  • Scraping or harvesting the Site by any means other than the authorised Feeds is strictly prohibited

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Breach of any part of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or scam trades
  • Harassment of other users
  • Attempts to manipulate or abuse the platform

Suspended or terminated users may not create new accounts without prior written permission from Bunter.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including your right to request erasure.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the validity of any key listed on the Site, the conduct of any user, or the successful completion of any trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bunter, its operators, and any volunteers shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss arising from a failed, fraudulent, or disputed trade
  • Any damage caused by your reliance on information posted by other users
  • Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or its features

Your use of the Site and any trades you conduct are entirely at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
